the story that built the cove
The Cove officially launched in 2024, but it in many ways, it was born when I was a little girl. I grew up in southern California near La Jolla Cove. It was my safe place. I’d play in the waves, fall, get back up, and rise stronger each time. It’s where I learned the waves don’t wait. They keep moving. And in their rhythm, I learned to move with them, making waves of my own.
Years later when I started my own business, I realized that women building businesses and making impact often don’t have a space like that. A space that’s where stories can be noticed, practiced, played with, and shared.
The Cove is that space. Inspired by the tides and the flow of the ocean, it’s not about waiting for the next version of yourself. It’s a community for women to anchor, connect with other women moving forward, and give your stories momentum to grow.
Because the right stores, shared at the right time, to the right people, can change everything.

When Lorelai first joined The Cove, she was quieter and more hesitant to speak. She once shared, “I was sitting there trying to work up the courage to be bold. I could feel my physical reaction coming on as I was thinking and rethinking what I wanted to say.” Overthinking had always won, which many of us can relate to.

When Jacqui joined the Cove, she was making a big shift.

Our calls are the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, from 12:00-1:30 PST. Each call is 90 minutes.

Nope! The Cove is a virtual community, so women from anywhere are welcome. Our calls and connection opportunities all happen online, so you can participate, learn, and stay connected to The Cove from wherever you are. We even had a member join from Italy while traveling!
