Meet Morgan Marie

I asked A LOT of questions as a kid—so many that I earned the nickname Curious George. I wanted to know the story behind everything. That curiosity carried me across the country to pursue a master’s degree in Communication and Leadership, with a concentration in storytelling. It’s where I learned how to ask better questions and truly listen to the answers.

After graduation, I spent years as a local news reporter, covering stories in real time, building trust with strangers, and learning what makes a message resonate. There were times I’d show up to a breaking scene and have just 30 seconds before I had to turn around and deliver a live report—a minute and a half to tell a complete story. It was the best training for understanding what people need to hear, how to share it clearly, and how to know your audience. It sharpened my ability to get to the heart of a moment fast.

Now, I bring all of that to my work as a storytelling coach and consultant. I’m also a radio host and adjunct professor at Gonzaga University. Whether I’m on air, on stage, or coaching 1:1, my goal is the same: help people find their voice and share it with confidence.

But underneath all that? I’m someone who believes in the power of truth told well.

Over the past 13+ years, I’ve helped hundreds of people find and share their story—in business, in personal growth, and in their everyday lives. My approach blends strategy with heart. We don't just find what to say. We find how to say it so it sounds like you.
