six weeks to
the stage

"This program was one of the most fun, encouraging and personally expanding experiences I've had in a long time. Glad I took the plunge and invested in this!"

Have you ever sat in an audience, watched someone take the stage, and thought,

“that could be me”?

Maybe you can already picture it… sharing your story, teaching what you know, making an impact in a room.

But then the questions start.

What would I actually talk about?

Which stories should I share?

How do I structure a talk?

What if I get nervous and forget the words?

That’s exactly what we’re going to figure out together and what stories will make it all

SO MUCH EASIER.

Inside Six Weeks to the Stage, we’ll uncover what’s yours to say, build your Signature Talk from the ground up and practice it until you’re ready to take it from your head, to the room, to the stage.

“SOMEDAY” starts HERE

You don't need to walk into Six Weeks to the Stage with a finished talk.

You don't even need to walk in calling yourself a speaker.

That's what the six weeks together are for.

For five weeks, we'll meet virtually as a small cohort.

Together, we'll uncover your stories, clarify your message, identify the audience you're speaking to and build your Signature Talk.

But we're not going to spend six weeks just talking about public speaking.

You're going to speak.

You'll practice out loud, receive live coaching, hear what lands, and you'll try again.

We'll work on storytelling, structure, hooks, transitions, pacing, presence, movement, audience connection, nervous-system regulation and delivery.

We'll use my signature ROOM Method™ to continually bring the focus back to the people you're here to serve.

You'll forget lines and learn how to find your way back.

You'll discover parts of your talk that looked great on paper but don't feel right when spoken.

Then we'll change them. And you'll keep practicing.

Because I don't believe confidence magically arrives before you do the scary thing.

Confidence = practice

and six weeks to the stage is your practice space

Then… showcase day

Week Six is where everything we've practiced comes to life.

We’ll come together in person for a full-day experience intentionally designed around helping you feel supported, prepared and connected before stepping onto the stage.

We’ll settle in to the stage environment, regulate our nervous systems, and warm up our voices.

We’ll practice, walk the space and talk about how to move the room, from the person sitting in the front row to the person all the way in the back.

And then...

you take the stage.

You'll deliver the Signature Talk you've spent five weeks building and practicing.

And as you step on that stage, you become a speaker.

MEET YOUR COACH

hi! I’m Morgan marie

I'm a storytelling coach, speaker and communication strategist, and I've spent years studying, teaching and practicing what makes people connect through story.

My background has put me in a lot of different rooms… as a journalist, radio host, professor, speaker, facilitator and coach.

Through all of them I’ve learned:

Perfection is not connection.

The best speakers aren't usually the people who never get nervous, never lose their place or somehow naturally know exactly what to say.

They're people who know why they're speaking, who they're speaking to and how to bring a room with them.

I created Six Weeks to the Stage because I wanted somewhere you could actually practice becoming a speaker without feeling like an amateur while you’re on stage.

I don’t just teach storytelling or how to write a talk that moves rooms.

I help you practice being the person willing to stand up and share your stories with confidence.

In her words: "I started the program, I didn't think I had any stories."

She was carrying plenty of ideas. In fact, she'd already written roughly twenty minutes of material. She just couldn't see the heart of the talk yet.

Through coaching, we began chipping away at what didn't belong.

At one point, I suggested completely flipping the structure of her talk and using what had been the ending as the opening.

Something clicked.

Tara describes going from "all over the map" to focused and clear.

That clarity didn't stop with her talk. She went home and updated her website and social media because, as she put it:

“i got such clarity over what’s mine to share”

That's what can happen when we stop trying to say everything and find the one thing we’re actually meant to say.

Miranda didn’t have dreams of immediately becoming a professional keynote speaker.

She just wanted to build the muscle of speaking in front of people.

When she arrived, she felt like, "I don't think I have a story to tell."

Or the ones she had have didn’t feel very interesting.

Over six weeks, that began to change.

She built her talk, practiced it, and kept sharing it with the group.

Eventually, she stood on stage and told it.

Afterward, a professional speaker who heard her talk came up to her and told her, “You need to share your story.'”

Her takeaway:

”we all have a story to tell.”

"I’m not sure I HAVE A STORY TO TELL."

Savannah already loved speaking in front of people. What she hadn't learned was how to intentionally craft and structure a talk.

One of her biggest transformations happened before Showcase Day.

In one of our sessions, I asked her to give her talk to the group.

She didn't feel prepared, but she did it anyway.

The room supported her and I coached her through it. Later, she described that moment as one of the most transformative experiences of the entire program.

”ready is not ever going to happen.”

On Showcase Day, Savannah walked onto the stage intensely nervous.

But as she spoke, the nerves began to melt away.

She walked off the stage wanting more.

THAT’s the work. We don't wait for ready. We just get in the reps.

realized ready was never coming

Kristen felt called to speak on stage for a long time.

She'd tried self-paced programs before, but she wanted something different.

She wanted a room with real feedback, real women doing it alongside her, and you guessed it… practice.

That's exactly what she found here and she described it as invaluable.

The other thing she loved:

There was no competition.

The women inside helped each another find their voices.

They listened for what landed, encouraged one another when it didn’t, and practiced being seen together.

”it pushed me to a level i wouldn't have reached on her own. or would have taken much longer to reach.”

Kristen came away believing that the message is already inside us, and that we are worthy of the microphone wherever we have an opportunity to influence.

SHE NEEDED A ROOM to practice being seen

you don’t need to be a speaker yet.

Maybe you don’t know exactly what your talk is yet…you just know there’s something in you.

A story you keep coming back to or an idea you can’t stop talking about.

You have experience you know could help someone else. Six Weeks to the Stage is where we figure out what’s actually yours to share, shape it into a Signature Talk, and practice until you trust yourself enough to stand up and say it.

You don’t have to arrive ready to take the stage…

That’s what the room, the reps, and the six weeks are for.

All you need is to listen to the voice that says "that could be me.”

Six Weeks To The Stage will help you do the rest so you're ready to say, "BOOK ME TO SPEAK."
